This blog's definition of Rock Bottom
Hitting rock bottom is usually your own fault. For many folks, getting to this place is a wake-up call that you’re an idiot and all of your idiot decisions have brought you to this moment. This is a collection of confessional stories shared by people who've plunged deep into the abyss without necessarily turning into an episode of Intervention. We can laugh about it now or at least have enough distance from it to know we really f*#ked up big time.
Want to air your dirty laundry? Submit your rock bottom story via written anecdote under 1500 words---1-2 short stories will be posted per week. A photo with a caption is also a mighty fine thing to submit, or even a brief sentence like, "I ate garbage." In fact, those things are encouraged.You can choose to remain anonymous but c'mon--own it, you wimp. Coming soon will be on-camera interviews of people recalling the day the earth stood still for them.
